Forgiveness: The Ultimate Tool
Eileen Barker and Kimberly Weichel
Forgiveness is the ultimate transformative tool. It is the doorway to creating peace. Forgiveness enables us to release whatever may prevent us from experiencing love, moment to moment. This very interactive training series, led by two professionals, will provide powerful, practical tools and focus on how to integrate forgiveness
as a daily practice into our lives.

Silent Stillness: The Perfection Of Emptiness
Come and sit in silent stillness, breathe, cultivate chi energy and mana—the Hawaiian way of harmonizing
the energies of nature (fire, earth, wind, water and living things). Enjoy the sweet territory of silence and peace. We’ll drink some tea and speak softly of the tao and aloha.
Silent stillness, along with singing, dancing and telling
your story, is one of the four healing practices found in many indigenous cultures that signifies a healthy whole being.
Ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian way of forgiveness, will also be taught and practiced.

Love Offering
Forgiveness is an essential tool of conflict resolution.
In this 2-day course, learn about and experience the power of forgiveness.
Forgiveness can heal your life. Without forgiveness we remain locked in the past. We continue to give attention and energy to past conflicts and to experience the negative emotions associated with those situations, including anger, fear, resentment and shame.
Forgiveness is a choice. It's a decision to let go of the past. Forgiveness does not depend on what anyone else does. It's something you do for your own benefit, not for anyone else. Forgiveness is choosing to reclaim your life and your energy, so you can live fully and freely in the present moment.
Open yourself to the miracle of forgiveness. Participants will be guided through a powerful forgiveness process and have the opportunity to apply the steps of forgiveness to his or her own situation. As we embrace the grace of forgiveness, the world around us changes too.
