Chief Arvol Looking Horse, 19th Keeper of the Sacred White Buffalo Calf Pipe for the Lakota Sioux Nation, is the founder of World Peace and Prayer Day on behalf of global forgiveness.  The Chief forgave numerous injustices to his person as well as to his tribe.
